Just posted the lesson “Saul of Tarsus’ Conversion at SermonCentral.Com.
This lesson deals with the conversion of Saul of Tarsus. It clearly establishes that Saul was not saved on the road to Damascus as many teach; but rather, in the city of Damascus three days after his confrontation with Jesus of Nazareth.
Why is this so important? Simply stated, his speaking with Jesus did not save him. Our Lord instructed him to go into the city to learn what he must do to be saved.
That instruction came three days later from a disciple named Ananias.
